Are court filing fees included in your FDC fee?

= No. Court filing fees are not included in the FAST DIVORCE CALIFORNIA fee. The FAST DIVORCE CALIFORNIA fee includes all of your ready-to-sign divorce forms along with detailed filing instructions.

Do I have to have my signature notarized on any documents?

= The state-specific filing instructions you will receive with your FAST DIVORCE CALIFORNIA package indicate when and where to sign documents and which documents, if any, require notarization. If notarization is ever required, a separate notary block is provided for each spouse, so that is not necessary for notarization to occur at the same time or place.

I finished the secure online questionnaire. How long will it take to receive my divorce forms?

FAST DIVORCE CALIFORNIA promptly prepares and emails you your divorce documents in 1-2 business days. If you = have elected to have your documents mailed to you they will be shipped to you Priority Mail which typically takes 3-4 business days.

Do any documents require notarization?

= The filing instructions included with your FAST DIVORCE CALIFORNIA package will provide additional information if any documents require notarization.

You will be taken to our secure online questionnaire where, in as little as 10 minutes, you can enter the information needed to complete your divorce forms. After completing the online questionnaire, your case will get assigned to one of our legal document assistants for the completion of your divorce forms. Your divorce forms will be emailed to you for review and approval. Print out divorce forms per instructions and simply file them with the local courthouse.
